So, the wait is finally over. Tata IPL 2023 finally commenced as Gujarat Titans won the toss and decided to take the field first. The stage was set for men in yellow to dominate Hardik’s Gujarat Titans.

Mohammad Shami drew the first blood as he cleaned up Devon Conway for a duck with a beautiful in-swinging delivery. On the other hand, Ruturaj Gaikwad continued his supreme form and scored the first half-century of TATA IPL 2023 in just 23 balls, smashing 3 sixes in an over against Alzari Joseph.
