Ben Stokes of England currently tops the list, surpassing Brendon McCullum of New Zealand. Stokes now has 107 sixes in test cricket, followed by 100 sixes by McCullum. Virendra Sehwag, MS Dhoni, and Sachin Tendulkar are the only Indians in the list of Top 20 batsmen with the most sixes in Test Cricket. Viru has 91 sixes, Dhoni has 78 sixes, whereas the master blaster Sachin has 69 sixes in Test Cricket.
One surprising name in this list is the fast bowler from New Zealand, Tim Southee, who has 76 sixes in Test Cricket. He has more sixes than some greats like Ricky Ponting, Clive Lloyd, and Sachin Tendulkar among others.

Wasim Akram, the Pakistani Cricket Legend, holds the record for most sixes in an innings in test. To everyone’s surprise, he smashed 12 sixes in his innings against Zimbabwe at Sheikhpura in 1996.
Recently, Yashasvi Jaiswal joined this list after his staggering score of 214 against England on 15 Feb 2024. During his knock, he smashed 12 sixes, including 3 sixes off an over of James Anderson.
